YOUTH SPEED CAMP APRIL 13TH
What is it?
Our Youth Speed Camp at Apex Performance Lab is designed to help young athletes ages 8–12 build a strong athletic foundation while having fun and staying active. Over six weeks, participants will improve their speed, agility, coordination, and confidence through professionally guided training tailored to their age and skill level. This program will help your child move better, react quicker, and perform at their best in a supportive and energetic environment. With limited spots available, it’s a great opportunity to give your child a competitive edge while fostering a love for training and development.

When?
The Youth Speed Camp runs for 6 weeks from April 13th through May 20th. Sessions are held twice per week on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30–6:30 PM at Apex Performance Lab.
